Solve the equation,
|5x-2|-5=8
|5x-2|=8+5
|5x-2|=13

Above absolute value lead to two equations,
First equation,
5x-2=13
5x=15
x=3
Second equation,
5x-2=-13
5x=-11
x=-2.2
