Therefore:
|x-3|-6<-3y+6
Now add 6 both side:
|x-3|-6+6<-3y+6+6
|x-3|<-3y+12
Now use the definition of absolute function:
-(-3y+12) 3y-12 Now add 3:
3y-12+3 3y-9 -9+3y
